Per Pup Pricing depends on the lineage and confirmation
of each individual pup, as well as if a stud fee was incurred.

We know that there are puppies priced at $100.00 or less and that there are puppies priced at $2000.00 and more.
We choose our pricing based on multiple factors that we believe to be significant. Some People accuse us of Over charging and some Breeders accuse us of Underselling. However as it is our kennel, our time investment, our $ and they are our dogs, it is also our right to set our pricing.
* Please when checking kennels please give the respect to each to visit each on a different day and to clean your shoes with bleach in between visits so as to do your very best not to transmit contaminants from one kennel to another.
* Please call ahead, we may be out visiting family, or shopping etc. We have commitments and responsibilities away from home just as you do, and greatly appreciate the courtesy of a phone call / e-mail and an appointment.
* Please make sure that you are comparing Apples for Apples so to speak. No, our dogs are not living in little plastic or concrete cubicles so as never to come in contact with any germs. Our dogs live in and out of our home, but when outside, they are in big play yards on dirt and grass with trees etc. and can dig, run, and play to their hearts content. They are dogs with a very happy, content life, living within their pack. We realize some other breeders are disgusted that we do not have our dogs on concrete which can be bleached and hosed out. That, in our opinion is not how dogs were intended to live and would be immensely boring to a Labrador.
That is the breeder's choice to make, it is theirs to make, just as it is ours to make.
Yes, it is more work, and they are worth it!
* Limited Registration through A.K.C means that a litter born to your dog will not be able to registered,
and that Your dog will not be able to compete in confirmation trial but can participate in all other types of competition.
(the purpose in limited registration is to discourage irresponsible breeding)

We, Kevin and Andrea Tait, stand on the truth that our labs are loved and cared for as extensions of our family. We have provided a safe environment for them and have given them loads of daily attention and affection as well as met all their physical needs. This KandrinWood Labrador comes to you to become your companion for a lifetime.
If within 30 days a puppy's health is found to be of serious concern because of a hereditary or genetic problem and medical intervention necessary (beyond typical puppy issues, not due to negligence, abuse, or accident) we will return the purchase price of the pup, but we will not cover any medical costs. Diagnosis must be confirmed Allegan Veterinary Clinic, for this guarantee to be valid.

The temperament of your pup is not guaranteed. Labradors are loving and loyal family pets and companions by nature. Your pup has been socialized with other pups and lots of people.You must make sure your pup’s socialization is continued and that proper training is given to assure his/her companion quality temperament.
We are glad to be of lifelong support for your pup. However, your dog’s hips must be certified to be guaranteed. You must have attained a preliminary rating at 1 year and an official O.F.A. rating at 2yrs. And the rating at 1yr. And/or at 2yrs. must be below certification level poor to be reimbursed for the purchase price of your pup. We Guarantee that if your dog has a genetic hip issue by 26 months of age that is documented by both O.F.A. and your vet (confirmed by ours) we will reimburse the purchase price of your pup.
We do not Require you to provide proof that your pup has been put down, nor do we Require that you return the pup and relinquish your ownership in order to be entitled to your refund. We believe you love your pup and that breeders who require such things before providing refund are wrong to do so.
Please know that attaining a passing O.F.A. rating does not guarantee that your dog will not develop hip problems as a part of the natural aging process. Please do not over feed your lab, nor should you allow him/her to be inactive. Daily exercise and proper diet is essential. Over feeding and not providing daily exercise are both abuse and neglect. We do not refund $ when obvious signs of abuse and neglect are present.

KandrinWood Labradors Return Policy
In the event that a pup must be returned to KandrinWood Labradors the policy for this procedure is as follows:
Because the pup was removed from the premises and has been introduced to a different area (yard, home, pets) with potential viruses and parasites present, upon return the pup will be taken to the vet for testing and quarantined for 10 days. The pup will then return to the vet for a recheck and upon vet approval be reintroduced to the kennel for adoption into a new family.
The fees for the vet will be taken from the original payment for the pup prior the pups return.
The designated deposit amount is non– refundable because the pup was taken out of the available pups and was therefore not available for another family to choose, just as it would have been if the non-refundable deposit would have been made to hold the pup.
Any refundable amount due the purchaser will be mailed after pup has been cleared to return to the litter and be available for adoption, and all vet expenses have been paid that were incurred due to the pup being purchased and leaving the premises.
